Fireboy and Watergirl 2: Light Temple will take you on an exciting adventure to the boundary of darkness and light. Released on October 26, 2010, this is the second game in the Fireboy and Watergirl series. The game’s journey is through the mysterious dungeons, which are filled with unpredictable difficulties. You will maneuver these two characters to move flexibly on the map to find a way to the elevator doors.

Explore the Detailed Gameplay

Players will need to overcome 41 levels to fully complete Fireboy and Watergirl 2: Light Temple. In it, you have to unlock 17 Normal levels, seven Simultaneous Designed levels, ten White Diamond levels, and seven Dark levels.

• Normal levels include unique obstacles and puzzles.
• Simultaneous Designed levels are rounds in which Fireboy and Watergirl move symmetrically.
• White Diamond levels are rounds in which there is only one diamond. You need to direct the characters to collect this unique item to win.
• An engaging new feature in this game are Dark levels. These rounds will have no light other than the two characters’ light source.

Your mission is to find a way to destroy the levers, pushers, boxes, lava, and water to instruct two characters to the elevator door. In addition, Light Temple includes light detectors and mirrors. These objects were not introduced in this game’s predecessor. These light detectors will automatically redirect and the corresponding doors will open after that. You no longer need to instruct the character to directly touch these buttons to open the path. Furthermore, the mirrors will serve to reflect energy sources. The Characters and Controls

To have effective gameplay, you need to clearly understand your two “companions”. Fireboy will only be able to move through lava and collect red diamonds at Normal levels. Meanwhile, Watergirl can only come into contact with water and collect blue diamonds at Normal levels. Additionally, you must not let the characters touch any other water source.

You can join alone or invite friends to join to enhance teamwork skills. Fireboy is controlled with the arrow keys and Watergirl is maneuvered with WASD keys.
